Delivery Time
Our estimated delivery time is 2–10 business days.
We ship orders once a week. Once your order has been dispatched, GLS or dao typically delivers within 1–3 business days. The total delivery time therefore depends on when in the week you place your order.
During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, New Year and Black Friday), delivery times may be longer. If this is the case, it will be clearly stated on the website.

Delivery Options
All orders are shipped via GLS or dao. We offer the following delivery options:
Delivery to parcel shop
Your order is delivered to the GLS ParcelShop or dao parcel shop you select at checkout. Once your package has been delivered to the parcel shop, you will receive an email and SMS notification that it is ready for pickup.
Remember to bring valid ID (e.g. driver's license or health insurance card) when collecting your package. If the package is not collected within the storage period, it will be returned to us.
Home delivery (to your door)
Your package is delivered directly to the address you provided at checkout. Delivery takes place on business days. If you are not home, the package will typically be delivered to the nearest parcel shop, and you will be notified via email or SMS.
Make sure your address and email are correct — especially if your phone uses autofill.
When Your Order Has Been Shipped
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (Track & Trace), so you can always follow your package.
Please note that your order may be shipped in more than one package, particularly for larger orders with cat litter or heavy items.
Cat Litter and Heavy Items
Cat litter is a heavy product. Depending on your order size, we may split your order into multiple packages to comply with weight limits. You only pay one shipping cost, regardless of the number of packages.
Please note: For very large orders (e.g. pallet delivery), please contact us at info@kaapaw.dk before ordering so we can arrange delivery.
Delivery Area
We deliver to all addresses in Denmark. An additional 1–2 business days may be expected for delivery to Bornholm and other non-bridge-connected islands.
Uncollected Packages
If you do not collect your package from the parcel shop within the storage period, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you via email to arrange redelivery. A new shipping cost will be charged for redelivery.
Track Your Package
We recommend downloading the GLS app "GLS – hent og send pakker" or the dao app. You can find them in the App Store (Apple) and Google Play (Android).
Once you have created a user account in the app, you will receive all information about your packages and can track them every step of the way. You can also change the delivery location, authorize someone to receive the package or redirect it to another parcel shop.
