1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping at kaapaw.dk. The period runs from the day you receive the product.

2. Return Shipping

Withdrawal

We offer a prepaid return label for 40 DKK. The amount is automatically deducted from your refund. You can also choose to arrange return shipping on your own — in that case, you pay the carrier directly.

Warranty Claims

For defects or faults, KAAPAW always covers the return shipping. You should never have to pay to return a defective product.

3. Exceptions

Opened Cat Litter

Cat litter is delivered in sealed packaging for hygiene reasons. Opened cat litter cannot be returned.

Unopened cat litter with intact seal can be returned as normal.

Other Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or that have been clearly personalized.

4. Condition of Returned Products

Products that have been used, assembled or otherwise put into use beyond examination may result in a value deduction from the refund. Please return in original packaging where possible.

5. Refund

We refund within 14 days of receiving your returned product. The refund is made via your original payment method.

Full return: Purchase price + original standard delivery are refunded.

Partial return: The purchase price of the returned product is refunded. Delivery costs are not refunded.

Return label: 40 DKK is deducted from the refund.

Value deduction: Any loss in value is deducted. We will inform you before the refund is processed.

6. Warranty Rights (24 Months)

You have a 24-month warranty right under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty covers defects and faults that were present at the time of delivery.

How to claim: Send an email to info@kaapaw.dk with your order number, a description of the defect and photos.

We will get back to you within 14 business days. For valid warranty claims, we offer repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. KAAPAW covers the return shipping.

The warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear, incorrect use, accidents or damage caused by pets (e.g. bite and scratch marks on cat furniture).
